Warranty
Novus Optics products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the initial purchaser of the product with proof of purchase. Novus Optics products is warrantied for period of 36 month under normal use.
Novus Accessory products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the initial purchaser of the product with proof of purchase. This warranty covers products such as but not limited to optics mount, optics riser, adapters, and more. Novus Optics products is warrantied for period of 12 month under normal use.
In the event of a confirmed defect under warranty, Novus will, at our option, repair or replace the product with a Novus product of similar type/function, and of equal or greater value. Novus reserves the right to make substitutions for similar products if the warrantied model in question is no longer available. This Warranty does not apply to asserted defects caused by normal wear and tear of any part including knobs, finish, etc.; asserted defects caused by modification including; aftermarket finishes, unauthorized service, improper maintenance, acts of Nature; and asserted defects involving subjective personal preferences or judgments. Novus restrict warranty service for our products to the country from which Novus or its authorized dealers originally sold the Novus product. The costs of shipping or transporting the optics product to Novus for warranty, including insurance or fees, duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and not covered by this warranty. Return shipping of warranty products to customers will be covered by Novus for USA addresses only. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued before returning the product.
